Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases :

  • The product is damaged upon delivery (photo proof required).
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • Cancellations made within the valid window.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
